Cat Island is located 325 miles Southeast of Miami,
Florida – 130 miles Southeast of Nassau.
We can be reached by plane (commercial or private –
charters available) or by boat (private or mail).
Most people reach us by plane thru Fort Lauderdale,
Florida or Nassau, Bahamas. Many airlines fly to Ft.
Lauderdale, and most major ones fly to Nassau. The
closest Cat Island airport to us is in New Bight (or The
Bight). Its
airport code is TBI. Remember to leave enough time to
clear customs and immigration when making flight
arrangements! And, check with the governments of The Bahamas
and the country from which you are traveling to ensure that
you have the appropriate travel documentation.
